Young Physician Leader is envisioned as a Central Figure in the Healthcare System of the Future. Ideally positioned at the very intersection of the spatial and temporal domain – a place where nations and generations meet, the Young Physician Leader seems to be the perfect fit – a long missed piece of the puzzle which may be small but essential for the big picture. With position as such, one comes to realize that the Leader should also be a Follower, a Predecessor and a Successor, a Public Speaker and a Messenger. To summarize, this role should emphasize all other roles and integrate them into perfect unison. This symposium (entitled as “Leadership Lessons Learnt from the IAMP/WHS Experience”) will try to cover all aspects of the Young Physician Leader Profile. Thus it will be segmented in three parts: 1. Introduction, which will provide a comprehensive overview of the Interacademy Medical Panel as the international milieu of the Young Physician Leaders Platform. 2. Conclusion, which will provide “take home message” for the future generations. 3. Intermediary sessions during which case studies will be presented as a success stories of one’s affirmation among the experienced members of the national community. In the intermission between the sessions, some time will be allotted for a Q&A.

Abstract
In the intermission between the sessions, some time will be allotted for a Q&A.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
