The essay aims to examine the different detaled of sport and participation mediated sporting events. They are two faces of the same phenomenon however show that specific roles and functions of sport within a company. If sport "mediated" is a metaphor for life, the "immediate" performs logical to focus more strongly on welfare and spread of healthy lifestyles and healthy. The two usage models, albeit complementary, take on different values and weights. The essay, from the data on the habits of sport and the media consumption of sports, tries to trace the different approaches to the sport of Italian to understand how to use and meanings that underlie them.
Il saggio si propone di esaminare le diverse modalità della pratica sportiva e della partecipazione mediata agli eventi sportivi. Si tratta di due facce di uno stesso fenomeno che però evidenziano ruoli e funzioni peculiari dello sport all’interno di una società. Se lo sport “mediato” è metafora di vita, quello “immediato” assolve a logiche più incentrate sul benessere e sulla diffusione di stili di vita sani e salutari. I due modelli di fruizione, seppur complementari, assumono pesi e valenze differenti. Il saggio, a partire dai dati sulle abitudini di pratica sportiva e sul consumo mediatico di sport, cerca di rintracciare i differenti approcci allo sport degli italiani per comprendere modalità d’uso e i significati che ad esse soggiacciono.
