Vertebral angioma associated with pregnancy is rarely observed and needs accurate treatment. The case presented in this paper is on a 32 year-old woman carrying vertebral angioma, who has been monitored throughout her pregnancy. Particular emphasis has been put on the therapeutic measures adopted.
