We report on a pregnant patient who presented an unilateral renal 'agenesis' complicated by a chronical renal insufficiency. Thanks to the multi-disciplinary co-operation (obstetric, nephrologist, ematologist) and to the therapeutic protocol adopted, it was possible to manage and to carry out the pregnancy successfully.
