The evaluation of cellular Ploidy by means of low cytometry in the diagnisis of tumors of the urinary tract is now considered a useful procedure. The present study describes the means of visualizing the nuclear components of every single cell taken into consideration by means of CAS 200 images analyzer. Although sophisticated this method is more accurate and less expensive than flow cytometry.
