We determined the relationship between the serum levels of total IgG and related subclasses and the retinic vascular injuries observed in a 44 males, drug addict group, 12 HIV-negative and 32 HIV-positive. The only correlation is that between the increase of the IgG (subclasses IgG1 and IgG3) and serum-positivity to HIV; while no relationship is shown between the concentrations of the observed immunoglobulinic subclasses and the possibly observable retinic vascular damage.

Abstract
We determined the relationship between the serum levels of total IgG and related subclasses and the retinic vascular injuries observed in a 44 males, drug addict group, 12 HIV-negative and 32 HIV-positive. The only correlation is that between the increase of the IgG (subclasses IgG1 and IgG3) and serum-positivity to HIV; while no relationship is shown between the concentrations of the observed immunoglobulinic subclasses and the possibly observable retinic vascular damage.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
