authors report the results of treatment in 86 pts. suffering from La Peyronie disease obtained by using three different association of iontophoresis and lasertherapy.This kind of therapy revealed to be very effective in the management of this disease obtainig remission of fibrosis areas from 76,48% 93,75% of cases dependin on the particular therapeutical procedure used. The authors also obtained a remission of pain in 97% of cases. The results obtained, with no risks or complications,allow to confirm the efficacy of this proposed therapy
