The aim of our study was to assess the safety and efficacy of a CyA-to-tacrolimus conversion in a group of 14 renal transplant recipients with histology-proven CAN. Serum creatinine levels, proteinuria, and the incidence of drug side effects were monitored over a period of 1 year following CyA-to-tacrolimus conversion.
