Manmade territory is the site of the clash between competing stakeholders and is the location of some of the most critical social, economic and environmental areas. To put an end to the progressive impoverishment of the productive fabric, of the users and managers of housing, it is necessary to rethink the operating standards of the entire chain, otherwise we risk the collapse of the system of building production and the support structures for housing difficulty.

La portata e la durata della crisi economica che stiamo attraversando sta profondamente condizionando la filiera estesa delle costruzioni, condiziona il sistema produttivo, il sistema dell’offerta di prodotti e di servizi, e il sistema della domanda, ovvero la comunità dei fruitori e degli utenti del prodotto edilizio. Il territorio antropizzato è il luogo dello scontro di portatori di interesse concorrenti ed è il luogo in cui si concentrano le maggiori criticità sociali, economiche ed ambientali. Per porre fine al progressivo impoverimento del tessuto produttivo, degli utenti e dei gestori della residenza è necessario ripensare gli standard operativi dell’intera filiera, pena il collasso del sistema della produzione edilizia e delle strutture di supporto al disagio abitativo.
