In this work about the results of the eoolution of our 23 cases of Peritonealjugular shunt ~nd also on the base of the main international casistics, we test study the complications of this terapy and we test the prospective to perfectionate the strategy of the therapy for thesolution of the coplications (DIC, shunt obstruction, obstruction of the interiorcaoal vein). Very often, infact, the heavyness of these complications does not allow us to continue in this special kind of treatment, and our suggests uiill be useful or the prevenction, or overall in the terapy.
