The equil. between Ga(III) and Methylthymol Blue was spectrophotometrically investigated in 0.5 M NaClO4 medium. Dinuclear and mononuclear species were found in acidic medium with 2:1, 1:1 and 1:2 metal/ligand ratios. The spectrophotometric characteristics and the stability consts. for the various species are reported.
