Clear cell acanthoma of Degos is an uncommon benign epidermal tumor which clinically presents as a papulo-nodular lesion usually on the leg of older adults. A 60-year-old male patient presented with a 4-month history of a nodule on the left leg. Videodermatoscopy showed a psoriasis-like pattern consistent with clear cell acanthoma.
