Abstract
ALBIZZIA ADIANTHIFOLIA and ALBIZZIA ANTHELMINTICA, contain in the bark of roots, large amount of histamine (up to 2 mg per g dry tissue), as shown by paper chromatographic and biological assay. It is doubtful whether acetylhistamine and imidazoleacetic acid, as well as other minor imidazole compounds, present in A adianthifolia materials, pre-exist in the fresh bark or are artifatcs produced durind drying. A julibrissin materials do not contain detectable amounts of histamine or other recognizable imidizole compounds.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
