The behavior under flow conditions of an ion-exchanging liq. membrane electrode was studied by testing the electrode properties in different expts. as a function of the flow-rate of the streaming soln. The flow-rate dependence of the calibration curve selectivity coeffs., dynamic response and min. detectable concn. were evaluated. Some measurements were also done to evaluate the reproducibility of the electrode potential as well as the conditions to achieve optimum results when the electrode is inserted, as a detector, in a flow technique such as ion-exchange chromatog., electrophoresis, etc. The liq. membrane electrode based trimethylcetylammonium nicotinate as anion exchanger and 1-decanol as a membrane solvent was studied.

Abstract
The behavior under flow conditions of an ion-exchanging liq. membrane electrode was studied by testing the electrode properties in different expts. as a function of the flow-rate of the streaming soln. The flow-rate dependence of the calibration curve selectivity coeffs., dynamic response and min. detectable concn. were evaluated. Some measurements were also done to evaluate the reproducibility of the electrode potential as well as the conditions to achieve optimum results when the electrode is inserted, as a detector, in a flow technique such as ion-exchange chromatog., electrophoresis, etc. The liq. membrane electrode based trimethylcetylammonium nicotinate as anion exchanger and 1-decanol as a membrane solvent was studied.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
