The Excavation and Research project at Elaiussa Sebaste, an ancient port city located on the south-eastern coast of Anatolia, offers the unique opportunity for the application of innovative models which take account of the overall potential of the area not only from the point of view of its archaeological heritage but also from that of its natural environment in order to establish a homogeneous relationship between nature, monuments and the surrounding community.
