The integration between the means of communication (cellular telephone, PC, digital TV) and information contents represents the new strategy for the operators in telecommunications market. Basing on this scenary, mobile telecommunications providers play the role of global providers satisfying all communication needs (voice and data) with the supply of products that enrich and complete the principal function of mobile service. These products are named Value Added Services or V.A.S.
