It bas been dentonstrated that, in only one of the considered cases, tbe neuron'la originate frotn the neruus interrnedius and ìn fiue, from the chorda tytnpani. A new case of chorda tytnpani neurinoma is reported and discussed diagnostic and terapeutíc problerus regarding this rare tumor.
