An extension of the monopulse technique for estimating the target azimuth in a secondary surveillance radar (SSR) is considered. The proposed technique is based on the joint use of pairs of valid measurements. It allows us to perform uniformly accurate estimates and to automatically compensate for the bias due to uncalibration losses.

Abstract
An extension of the monopulse technique for estimating the target azimuth in a secondary surveillance radar (SSR) is considered. The proposed technique is based on the joint use of pairs of valid measurements. It allows us to perform uniformly accurate estimates and to automatically compensate for the bias due to uncalibration losses.File allegati a questo prodotto
