The thesis analyzed the relationship between state and regional lawa in relation with new constitutional rules of Title V as amended in 2001. The work focuses on this issue without giving up the theoretical framework of the relationship between sovereignty and autonomy.

La tesi ha analizzato il rapporto tra le legge statale e quella regionale alla luce delle nuove nuove norme costituzionali del Titolo V come modificate nel 2001. Il lavoro si concentra su detta tematica senza tralasciare l'inquadramento teoretico dei rapporti tra sovranità e autonomia.
