The immobilisation of plasminogen onto different polyurethane films and its activation to plasmin by urokinase are described. Plasminogen has been covalently bonded, using glutaraldehyde, to PEUTEPA, that is a hydrophylic segmented polyurethane containing several amino groups in the side chain.

Abstract
The immobilisation of plasminogen onto different polyurethane films and its activation to plasmin by urokinase are described. Plasminogen has been covalently bonded, using glutaraldehyde, to PEUTEPA, that is a hydrophylic segmented polyurethane containing several amino groups in the side chain.File allegati a questo prodotto
