The Crank-Nicholson method is applied to solve the problem of laser solid-interaction in the case of the laser irradiation of semiconductors by intense pulsed laser beams. It is shown that the upper limit above which the laser induced structural modifications enhance the lattice disorder in GaAs is related to the sublimation temperature of the As sub-lattice.

Abstract
The Crank-Nicholson method is applied to solve the problem of laser solid-interaction in the case of the laser irradiation of semiconductors by intense pulsed laser beams. It is shown that the upper limit above which the laser induced structural modifications enhance the lattice disorder in GaAs is related to the sublimation temperature of the As sub-lattice.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
