Cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. This cloud model promotes availability and is composed of five essential characteristics, three service models, and four deployment models. One of the largest benefits of Cloud computing for corporations and organizations is that it can dramatically reduce the expense and hassle of managing IT systems. This is particularly important in the public and non-profit sector, where hiring top-notch systems administrators can be difficult. The Cloud computing model can help companies conserve cash and focus limited resources on the business, instead of reacting to IT infrastructure-related fire drills. The most innovative element of the cloud computing is made up of the interfaces user-centered for applications built on and developed using cloud resources. The authors of this work describe the new opportunities offered by internal or external technologies for IT services.
