An automatic tracing technique is reported which has been developed to drive either our simple dynamic computer model for SSFLC cell addressing or a measuremnt switching thresholds and operating regions are presented for a range of cells and for a range of matrix addressing modes, with special attention to high voltage modes. Useful indications from the model are demonstrated, new addressing modes are introduced and the advantages of the previously reported "Wide Superfast" addessing modes, in speed and in extension of the operating region, are confirmed.

Abstract
An automatic tracing technique is reported which has been developed to drive either our simple dynamic computer model for SSFLC cell addressing or a measuremnt switching thresholds and operating regions are presented for a range of cells and for a range of matrix addressing modes, with special attention to high voltage modes. Useful indications from the model are demonstrated, new addressing modes are introduced and the advantages of the previously reported "Wide Superfast" addessing modes, in speed and in extension of the operating region, are confirmed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
