Extraction of active substances from Azadirachta indica seeds with supercritical CO2 was studied using a bench scale reactor. The compounds taken into account were: azadirachtin, salannin, nimbin, 3-tigloylazadirachtol and gedunin. Selective extraction at different density of CO2 were performed and the influence of the cell volumes swept during the extraction steps have been studied.
