The results of geological and geochemical investigations, interpreted with the help of Archeology and History, allowed us to deduce both the morphology of the area at the time of construction, and the characteristics of the foundation of the monument. If has even been possible to discover interesting facts about some constructive elements and to make some realistic hypothesis on the possible causes of the failures, which, over time, crossed the structure of the building.
