The Authors report a case of bilateral nasolabial cyst, which is an uncommon non odontogenic cyst with an uncertain pathogenesis. On the basis of literature review, clinical presentation, histological and radiographic features, therapeutic approach and prognosis of this rare extraosseous lesion are discussed. The Authors emphasize the importance of differential diagnosis with nasolabial cyst and mldfaclal cyst, nasal masses and nasolabial Infections.
