The aeronautical research centre of Guidonia was inaugurated in 1935. Since that year to the end of the Second War World it was an important research centre for the evolution of the dynamic and the supersonic flight. The contribute analyzes the state of the building complex and try to focus the attention on the high-risk of a dangerous reuse during the last transformation previewed for the urban center by the local administration.
