Interventi del terapeuta e interazioni collaborative: alcune riflessioni sui processi di rottura e riparazione dell’alleanza terapeutica.

The authors underline the necessity to adopt an integrative perspective, overcoming too narrow polarizations, mainly the opposition between specific and aspecific factors, or between exclusively technical aspects and vaague relational dimensions, etc. In particular, their focus is on the therapist variables and their relation with the therapeutic alliance. The way therapist interventions influence the alliance are described through the Collaborative Interactions Scale (CIS), an instrument prepared for evaluating the rupture and resolution processes, the trend of collaborative levels, and the patient and therapist positive and negative contributions. A brief clinical exemplification is given at the end of the article.
