This text reports the basic concepts expressed in the lecture which closed the module devoted to Educational Design, during the 15th National Congress of SIPeM. After a brief review of the main problems in educational design, a method is proposed to get a synthetic visual representation of the most important elements to be taken into account when designing an educational activity. The method is based on three “spaces” of design, devoted to Complexity, Actors and Processes. Finally, the importance of the feed back coming from the evaluation of the designed activities is highlighted.
