Miniatori napoletani e dell’Italia centrale del trecento nei frammenti di corali certosini raccolti da Vittorio Giovardi (Veroli, Bibl. Giovardiana, Ms. 10)

The article identifies the four parts of an album of detached leaves never before investigated. The considerable interest of this material for the history of collecting illuminations is highlighted, as the leaves document a market for detached leaves at the beginning of the 17th century. Each part is analyzed and for each the date and centre of production are suggested. All the manuscripts were produced for the Chartreux and the first two were probably made for the Charterhouse of San Martino at Naples. The information this material furnishes on the workshops that produced them considerably enriches the current knowledge on book production in Anjevin Naples

L’articolo identifica le quattro parti che compongono una raccolta di miniature staccate fino a questo momento mai indagata. Sono messi in luce i motivi di interesse della raccolta rispetto al collezionismo della miniatura, poiché testimonia una circolazione di miniature staccate già all’inizio del XVIII secolo; sono altresì analizzati i diversi manoscritti scomposti, identificando datazione e luogo di produzione di ognuno delle quattro parti. I codici provenivano da una certosa, che nel caso delle prime due parti può essere identificata con quella di San Martino a Napoli. Le informazioni che è possibile trarre sulle botteghe che le hanno prodotte arricchiscono notevolmente le conoscenze sulle miniatura angioina del XIV secolo
