The synthesis of a new stationary phase containing a Co(III) amino complex bonded to silica gel, and its use for separating a series of phospholipids by HPLC is described. The selectivity of this support was compared to that of a weak anionic exchanger, and was also examined as a function of the organic content of the mobile phase.

Abstract
The synthesis of a new stationary phase containing a Co(III) amino complex bonded to silica gel, and its use for separating a series of phospholipids by HPLC is described. The selectivity of this support was compared to that of a weak anionic exchanger, and was also examined as a function of the organic content of the mobile phase.File allegati a questo prodotto
