Abstract
We propose a model which accounts for cold fusion processes on the basis of a lattice collapse, induced in a deuterated metal by a thermodynamic instability. A deuteron drag phenomenon enhances the nuclear reaction yield. Neutron emission is given as a function of thermodynamic parameters of the metal-deuterium system.File allegati a questo prodotto
