This paper deals with fuzzy regression analysis in presence of multivariate symmetric fuzzy response and symmetric crisp or fuzzy explanatory variables. Two models are proposed according to the features of the exploratory variables. Two Alternating Least Squares (ALS) algorithms in order to find the solutions and a goodness of fit index are given. Finally, an application on fuzzy food chemical data is described.
