This study focused on the Italian version of Right Wing Authoritarianism Scale (RWA) (Altemeyer, 1998). The Italian Scale show an unidimensional factorial structure, with high reliability score. Criterion and convergent validity have also been studied: the Italian RWA Scale correlates with other measures of Authoritarianism and Ethnocentrism and is able to predict Gender and Political orientations. An extended version of the Scale is also presented and discussed.
