PATENT No 25.334 A/75 The present invention refers to a process to produce fibrous structures of synthetic polymers, in the form of plexus-filament of single little fibers, by means of the technique of the ''flash-spinning'' of polymers solutions. In particular, one fixes the optimum thermodynamical conditions to obtain plexus-filaments that extend ranges previously found by USA-patents. This has been possible by using a new mathematical model of flash-spinning, purposely formulated, and put on informatic support. Of particular importance has been the discovery of metastable states in the extruded solution, similar to ones used in the bubble-chambers for dedecting sub-atomic collisions. These thermodynamical conditions, beside some suitable dynamical conditions, allow us to get optimum control conditions in such a process.
