The paper deals with the problem of assessing an economical evaluation of the Power Quality provisions in such a large segments of Italian electric end-use. This particular topic requires a direct survey among the users to collect data and information. A questionnaire prepared by three Italian Universities and distributed to industrial and commercial customers in Lombardia, Lazio and Abruzzo, is described in the paper. The research work is now in progress and the first results are aggregated and discussed to verify the state of this proposal.
