In this work the effect of hydrostatic compensation in a spherical bearing is analyzed. Firstly, a theoretical model is build for the prediciton of the pressure within two opposite recesses. Then, an experimental campaing has been carried out. The experimental results match quite welle the predicted ones. Finally, the tuned up simulator can be used to simulate hybrid lubricated spherical bearings.
