Editorial to issue no. 9 of the UniCamillus Global Health Journal dedicated to the relationship between care, social inequalities, and health justice from an interdisciplinary perspective. The contribution examines how health and access to care are shaped by social, territorial, cultural, and political determinants, bringing together perspectives from medical anthropology, sociology, bioethics, philosophy, and global health studies. Particular attention is devoted to the role of ethnographic approaches, medical humanities, and urban inequalities in understanding contemporary healthcare systems and vulnerable populations.
