New data on the presence and distribution of some species of phytogeographical interest in the "Montagne della Duchessa" Regional Natural Reserve are reported. Among these, Biscutella laevigata subsp. australis, Hieracium hypochoeroides subsp. bifidopsis, Hieracium schmidtii subsp. brunelliforme, Malcolmia orsiniana subsp. orsiniana, Pilosella sciadophora, Solidago virgaurea subsp. minuta and Vicia pannonica subsp. striata are newly reported from Latium, while Campanula scheuchzeri subsp. pseudostenocodon and Klasea nudicaulis are confirmed for this region. In addition, new distribution data are reported for taxa that are very rare at the regional level, such as Astragalus vesicarius subsp. vesicarius, Campanula latifolia, Medicago prostrata subsp. prostrata, Trifolium phleoides, Verbascum chaixii subsp. chaixii, and for Adonis distorta and Allium strictum, the last two being reported only for the Duchessa Mountains in the Latium administrative region.
