Su due "goffi" sonetti attribuiti a Dante. Alcune note linguistiche e testuali

The sonnets "Quando ’l consiglio degli ucce’ si tenne" and "Degli occhi di quella gentil mia dama" share, in addition to a rather limited manuscript tradition, a series of linguistic and stylistic anomalies that have raised doubts about Dante’s authorship. This article aims to re-examine some formal elements that have been discussed in studies to date, often described – following Gianfranco Contini – as "clumsy", in order to more accurately assess their meaning and significance.
