After analyzing the significance and content of the concepts of economic, balance and default for the different types of group, the work explores the theme of the assignment of the rating groups of firms, highlighting the peculiarities and limitations present in the current internal rating systems.

Dopo avere analizzato la significatività e i contenuti dei concetti di economicità, equilibrio e default per le differenti tipologie di gruppo, il lavoro indaga il tema dell’assegnazione del rating ai gruppi di imprese evidenziando le peculiarità e i limiti presenti negli attuali sistemi di rating interno.
