BULLKID-DM is a cryogenic experiment designed for direct detection of WIMP-like dark matter particles with a mass below 1 GeV/c2. The final setup will consist of a silicon target made of a 16-wafer stack, for a total mass of 800 g, and will be hosted at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso (LNGS) of INFN. Each wafer is carved in dice sensed by superconducting Kinetic inductance Detectors (KIDs), enabling spatial reconstruction capabilities and fiducialization of the detector volume.

Abstract
BULLKID-DM is a cryogenic experiment designed for direct detection of WIMP-like dark matter particles with a mass below 1 GeV/c2. The final setup will consist of a silicon target made of a 16-wafer stack, for a total mass of 800 g, and will be hosted at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso (LNGS) of INFN. Each wafer is carved in dice sensed by superconducting Kinetic inductance Detectors (KIDs), enabling spatial reconstruction capabilities and fiducialization of the detector volume.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
