There is a critical need for universities to share resources and expertise while scaling up their response to the UN 2030 Agenda. This interactive workshop positions participants as active agents of cross-institutional collaboration for SDG-integrated staff development. Rather than attending presentations, they will work in small groups to co-design practical frameworks for partnerships between universities, focusing on sustainability-oriented faculty development programmes. Facilitators will circulate among groups, offering targeted input based on their institutional experience. The workshop emphasises transferable outcomes, ensuring that the proposed collaboration frameworks can be adapted to diverse institutional contexts. A brief evaluation will capture participant feedback and inform a follow-up online meeting within three months, reinforcing the initiative’s continuity and impact. Through structured group work and peer-to-peer learning, participants will develop sustainable networks extending beyond the Forum, enhancing both impact and efficiency in staff development. The workshop will produce concrete collaboration agreements, identified partner institutions, and actionable implementation plans.

Abstract
The workshop will produce concrete collaboration agreements, identified partner institutions, and actionable implementation plans.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
