This article focuses on the «European Commission reports on the risks of investor citizenship and residence schemes in the EU» and on some of the hypocrisies emerging from this report. The a. affirms that citizenship by investment is merely the confirmation that what Eugen Isin has shown - that citizenship is an “exclusive good”, “a scarce resource” - is true.
