This paper continues our ongoing publication series of previously unpublished Latin inscriptions from Asia Minor and the territory of present-day Turkey. Here, we examine three milestones, likely originating from the road that passed through Tralles in ancient Caria. The first milestone makes reference to Manius Aquillius and his nephew, and can be dated to the last two centuries of the Roman Republic (Chapter 2, no. 1). The second belongs to the early fifth cent. AD, during the joint reign of Emperors Arcadius, Honorius, and Theodosius II (Chapter 2, no. 2). The third is fragmentary and lacks the names of the emperors, but it can tentatively be assigned to the period of the Tetrarchy (Chapter 2, no. 3)

Abstract
