Prendendo le mosse dall’esigenza di tutela della sfera umana nella dimensione a-temporale, il contributo affronta il tema della complessa condizione giuridica delle generazioni future e analizza la disciplina vigente relativa alla situazione giuridica soggettiva dei “soggetti potenziali” per antonomasia, i nascituri.
