The Author argues that, in the European context of migration and religious pluralism, the constitutional principle of secularism concerns not only the relationship between religious denominations and the State, but also the pluralistic guarantees of non-denominational religious diversity. It therefore needs to be interpreted and applied in a way that does not translate into satisfying the religious claims of the majority alone.

Abstract
The Author argues that, in the European context of migration and religious pluralism, the constitutional principle of secularism concerns not only the relationship between religious denominations and the State, but also the pluralistic guarantees of non-denominational religious diversity. It therefore needs to be interpreted and applied in a way that does not translate into satisfying the religious claims of the majority alone.File allegati a questo prodotto
