This study examines the role of corporate industrial heritage in strengthening territorial identity and promoting sustainability by integrating corporate memory, innovation, and community engagement. Through the Dublo Fashion Heritage project, it explores how heritage preservation fosters connections between businesses, local communities, and sustainable development. Using a multi-stakeholder approach and the Delphi method, the research highlights the significance of digital transformation in preserving corporate heritage, enhancing social sustainability, and reinforcing territorial identity. Findings demonstrate that digital archives and innovative storytelling can turn industrial heritage into a dynamic asset for cultural and economic development, providing actionable insights for organizations and policymakers seeking to align heritage conservation with contemporary sustainability objectives.
