Fenomenologia dei musei in fase di progettazione: per una strategia di gestione etica, tecnologia e sostenibile

The present research aims to highlight the necessity of integrating a strategic management and monitoring plan within museum governance. This plan involves the development of an innovative theoretical and operational framework capable of effectively addressing contemporary global challenges. Adopting a phenomenological approach, the study examines current management practices at both national and international levels, with a particular focus on performance evaluation tools, climate change management, the digitalization of cultural heritage, and the incorporation of artificial intelligence. The objective is to identify effective methodologies by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, ultimately formulating strategic guidelines applicable to emblematic cultural assets. These include contemporary art museums currently in the design phase, such as the Igor Mitoraj Museum in Pietrasanta and the Santa Rosalia Garden Museum in Palermo.
