Conclusioni

The essay summarizes the conclusions at the conference organized by the University of Rome La Sapienza and the Administrative Court of Lazio on the subject of interpretation. The essay first examines the interpretation of administrative laws, dwelling on some specificities, such as, for example, the fragmentary nature of laws and the frequent use of general clauses. The essay then examines the interpretation of the administrative act, which is usually carried out by applying the criteria provided by the Civil Code.

Il saggio riassume le conclusioni al convegno organizzato dall’Università di Roma la Sapienza e il Tribunale amministrativo del Lazio in tema di interpretazione. Il saggio esamina dapprima l’interpretazione delle leggi amministrative soffermandosi su alcune specificità, come per esempio, il carattere frammentario delle leggi e il ricorso frequente a clausole generali. Il saggio esamina poi l’interpretazione dell’atto amministrativo che usualmente è effettuato in applicazione dei criteri previsti dal codice civile.
